1. Bookings: Bookings are confirmed once payment of a deposit or full session fee has been received. Session dates and times are subject to availability.

2. Payments": All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD). Final payment must be made by the agreed due date prior to delivery of final images unless otherwise arranged.

3. Deposits and Cancellations: Deposits are non refundable unless Salt and Honey is unable to fulfil the booking. If you need to cancel or reschedule your session, please provide as much notice as possible. Rescheduling is subject to availability. Salt and Honey reserves the right to reschedule sessions due to unsafe weather conditions, illness, emergencies, or unforeseen circumstances.

4. Session Conduct: Clients are responsible for arriving on time and communicating any important session details in advance. Salt and Honey reserves the right to end a session if unsafe, inappropriate, abusive, or illegal behaviour occurs.

5. Editing and Delivery: Final images are edited in Salt and Honey’s signature style and creative discretion. RAW or unedited files are not provided unless agreed upon in writing. Estimated turnaround times will be communicated at the time of booking but may vary during busy periods.

6. Copyright and Image Use: Salt and Honey retains copyright over all images. Clients are welcome to share delivered images for personal use, provided Salt and Honey is credited where appropriate. Images may not be altered, heavily edited, filtered, sold, or used commercially without written permission.
