i picked up a camera because i don’t really switch off easily. i’m not a big reader, i’m not great at sitting still, and i wanted something that got me off my phone but still felt like me.

turns out spending a little too much time online consuming content might have actually worked in my favour, because somewhere along the way i realised i had an eye for capturing moments as they happen.

i’d describe myself as a bit of a ball of sunshine. i love warmth, connection, the ocean, good company, and those little in between moments that don’t feel like much at the time but end up meaning everything later. that’s exactly what i try to capture through my photos.

nothing overly posed or perfect, just real, golden, slightly nostalgic moments that feel like you.

salt and honey comes from two things i love most, the ocean and that warm golden light i’m always chasing. salty air, sunshine on skin, and a softness that runs through everything i create. also, i put honey in pretty much everything, i really do love it.

this started as something just for fun, and it still is in a lot of ways. that’s why i keep things simple and accessible, because i believe everyone deserves to have beautiful, meaningful photos of their life, not just for big milestones but for the everyday too.
